Color LCD Display

What is the top speed of the pedal assist and throttle?

- According to our real-world test, the Romeo can reach up to 27 mph - 29 mph (the Romeo Pro is 29 mph - 32 mph) for both pedal assist and throttle. The test rider weighs 165 lbs and rides on a paved surface.

How can the seat of the Romeo bike be raised up? Would need it to be higher.

- The seat height of our Romeo is not adjustable. The only solution is to replace it with a thicker seat.

Where can I purchase a rear rack for the Romeo?

- The racks and baskets are expected to arrive in stock before July 10th.

Where can I order a battery for my Juliet/Romeo?

- Batteries for Juliet and Romeo are currently in production and are expected to be available in July. We will keep website updated with product information and notify you via email once they are in stock.
