What is the top speed of the pedal assist and throttle?
- According to our real-world test, the Romeo can reach up to 27 mph - 29 mph (the Romeo Pro is 29 mph - 32 mph) for both pedal assist and throttle. The test rider weighs 165 lbs and rides on a paved surface.
How can the seat of the Romeo bike be raised up? Would need it to be higher.
- The seat height of our Romeo is not adjustable. The only solution is to replace it with a thicker seat.
Where can I purchase a rear rack for the Romeo?
- The racks and baskets are expected to arrive in stock before July 10th.
Where can I order a battery for my Juliet/Romeo?
- Batteries for Juliet and Romeo are currently in production and are expected to be available in July. We will keep website updated with product information and notify you via email once they are in stock.

This is exactly what I was hoping for when I got an e-bike! It's incredibly fun and fast, I can put as much effort in as I do/don't want to, and the flexibility of charging the battery wherever is great. Definitely recommend to anyone in the same boat as me who regularly have distances that are too long to walk but short enough that public transit (or driving) is silly. The bike is awesome. As you can see added my own touch to it. I have traveled on several bike trails and went 25 miles to work no problem. The power and battery was above my expectation for the price of this bike and overall you really can't beat it.
This bike is amazing. Took less then an hour to assemble and I was charging. This is a smooth ride and plenty of power.
I have had this bike for about 1 week and have ridden all over Big Bear, CA. I spent a long time researching what to purchase. The battery size, motor power, and the unique looks sold me.
Here are some of my favorite features:
Unique look - I have plenty of bicycles. I wanted something cool looking, without having to buy a motorcycle.
Power - the motor spins up quickly and the bike goes 32-35 mph on flats. It’s only a little slower on hills.
Distance - I have yet to run the battery below 60% despite going on rides at full throttle for about an hour.
Features - Horn, Turn Signals, Brake Light add safety. I will be getting the rear rack which will improve utility. I will try to post a pic with accessories.
Fit - I am 5’4” and it is a challenge to find an eBike that would fit me. This one works great! I was worried about not having an adjustable seat, but with the length of the seat, it is a flexible architecture.
Very quick and comfortable ,the miles per charge are accurate! I would like a softer seat because you can ride it 6 or 7 hrs off road..
