- Return due to buyers remorse: NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customer will need to pay any restock fee.(20%) of order value.
- Returns due to non-quality issues: NAKTO does not support returns due to non-quality issues

- All return must contact the original seller. If you bought from one of our online dealer ,Ebay, Amazon, Walmart store,please contact the store seller.

- 1.Take a photo or video to show the bike quality problem.

- 3.They will provide you a return label for free.
