Return Policy

  • Return due to buyers remorse: NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customer will  need to pay any restock fee.(20%) of order value.
  • Returns due to non-quality issues: NAKTO does not support returns due to non-quality issues

  • No returns after 14 days of receiving.
  • All return must contact the original seller. If you bought from one of our online dealer ,Ebay, Amazon, Walmart store,please contact the store seller.

  • 1.Take a photo or video to show the bike quality problem.
  • 2.Send those evidence to TopRideElectric  service email :  support@toprideelectric.com
  • 3.They will provide you a return label for free.
