Bike went together well. Read the directions first. Watch a YouTube video. No big deal, however there are a few tricky things.
Gf and her dad LOVE it. I'm too heavy for this model, however it seems pretty stout. Looks better even in person. Highly recommend. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ don't let the pics fool you. This bike is not small. Fun fun fun. Might buy another one!
This is our third ecotric bike we own, we have two 26” beach snow electric bikes , which have been nothing but awesome!!! My wife who is short, liked that bike but needed something where if needed she could jump off safely, went back to ecotric and found this bike!
Super easy to put together, love that it folds up and can put in the back of our 4Runner, ride is just as good as the beach/snow bike. Ordered a rear rack and now the bike is complete for beach trips to some off road tails!
I must say, as a first time eBike owner, this fat tire bike lives up to my expectations. Shipping was fast and safely delivered. Unboxing was really pretty easy, for me at least. Build quality is not bad at this price point. I did have to tweak things up a bit but for the most part, it was ready to ride within about 45 minutes! And customer service is exceptional. I had some issues with the disc brake pads dragging but customer service responded quickly with a fix. Overall, I’m very happy with the bike, which I purchased for my wife. She hadn’t ridden a bike in roughly 35 years yet she hopped on and was riding again in about 20 minutes! And she loves it. And I’m happy!!
A knotch or so above an entry level ebike. Spend the extra $100+ to get this cool little folding fat tire bike with A 500W motor. It can take you to where all the much more expensive bikes go.
I got this step thru for my wife since she is only 5 feet tall. She loves it! I also got the 48v folding fat tire for myself. The bikes have been perfect for taking camping in our motorhome. And the value, compared to some other bike companies, is excellent! The only issue we have with this 36v is the controller display is very simple. And there is no adjusting power settings, like on my 48v. So, the power delivery on low versus high feels about the same. But, I'm 210 lbs and can do 22 mph with throttle only on this bike! Definitely worth the money, if you're looking for a budget friendly bike.🤙
