What’s the difference between the GM/GL?
ONLY the frame is different between the GM and GL series. The GL is more convenient for lady to ride because of the lower height of the frame.
Please note that these two models are unisex, customers can pick the e-bikes free.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
Yes, just need some simple steps to assemble it. Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike unboxed. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides of the manual.
How tall of the rider is it designed for?
The bike is suitable for the person from 5.3’’-6.4’’ft.
Can I take a passenger? Is there any other options on the back?
The e-bike has a rear seat which could take a passenger. But for the safety reason, we do not recommend to take a passenger for ride. Also, the rear seat can be removed, you could install a rear basket.
What’s the max load of the bike?
The max load of all models is 300 lbs.
