Big bike, feels solid and huge to ride.

I had a little trouble out of the box, but customer support was right there to help me out. My first impressions on my first ride was that the bike is solid. I felt a little high up on it but it feels like I can control it well. It is a cruiser! The fat tires feel like I can take on any terrain. Unlike the Seagull, in that the key locks the battery and can control turning on the bike, on the Explorer, the key only locks the battery. My suggestion is to not leave this bike alone and to buy a sturdy lock. I am happy with my purchase.

New e bike owner

Ok, I am a first time e-bike owner and was recommended to look at Ecotric by a friend. I recently wrecked my car and needed immediate transportation for work. It arrived via ups very quickly (I live in wash. st. it ships from ca.) and this sucker is BIG. I didn't know what I was getting into. I only use it two miles a day but it has exceeded my expectations. I have to ride in the rain sometimes and have had no problems although I always keep a can of WD-40 to spray on the battery contacts. More to come.
