I bought 2 X7s, one for my son and another one to have to ride with them. It is well built and can get up and go. The folding mechanism is easy and handy. I would recommend this bike for sure.
Arrived in perfect condition fully assembled except for the rear tire would not Hold air for more than 30 minutes. I contacted customer service via email and received a new inner tube. Great service!! I have 75 miles on the bike so far. I live in the Virgin Islands with a lot of hills. This is just what I need to assist me. Lots of fun and good exercise. Great value for the money.
Received boxed and packed securely in plastic wrap and foam. It was completely assembled except for dropping in the handle bars. I charged the battery and it was ready to ride. After 35 miles, no issues. This is a quality ebike. Nice, professional people and quick responses to emailed questions.
