Is it hard to assemble by myself?
- The FT-01 is delivered with 85% assembled, we also made a detailed assembly video for you.

What type of brakes the FT-01 has?
- The FT-01 features 180mm hydraulic brakes that are not only smooth to operate, but also bring the bike to a swift stop with less force and reduced jerk.

What's the weight of the battery? Can I remove it from the bike to charge?
- The weight of the battery is 13.1lbs and it is conveniently removable, allowing you to easily extract if for charging purposes.

How long do you need to fully charge the battery?
- The charger is 54.6V 3A. It usually takes 6-8 hours to charge the battery from 0% to full.

Can I add a rear rack on the FT-01?
- Due to frame design, we have no customized rear rack for FT-01, while the bottom bracket has a load capacity of 60LBS, which helps to carry for you.
